Randomness
Is it me or does it seem like every show on TV is a damn reality show?
Why is it when you ride the bus there is always someone who smells, always a lady with a mustache, and a dude who is always sleep and misses his stop.
What happend to a fresh pair of Butter's in the summer. I guess niggas realize those joints were waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay to heavy for the summer and niggas have opted for a more wavvvvvvvy look from Prada's to Gucci's to kill it for the summer.
What makes Rihanna so hot?
Ryan Leslie might be the 1st R&B singer that I'm anticipating his 1st album other than Neyo. Look below:

Ryan Leslie - "I Gets Money"

And if that wasn't enough peep this Lil'Wayne Cover:

These YouTubes I was put on to helped me find a new inspiration for Rapping, Producing, Recording & Engineering. It pays to be a one man band just because it's cost effective and you have to be very focused to pull it off. At first I thought I was the only person who did this. But, he makes me feel like I need to seek professional assistance with playing an instrument. This nigga ordered a mini-Trumpet and played it....Who does that? This nigga is talented and people need to give him his due credit. Dude is a genious!
DAVID SIDES

Just when you thought Ryan Leslie had it on lock. Did you hear "Can't Tell Me Nothing"? It sent chills through my body like dayaaaaaaaaaaam. That didn't even have drums to it and it was FIRE!!!
Well, I'm signing off people. I hope to see you all tonight. Shouts out to Above Average Marty for rocking the Pizzlemuzik T-Shirt before I did. I'm rocking mine tonight. Much respect goes out to you my nigga. I see you Rich and Jay. What up Shink! Congrats Moon!!! Let's get this paper, no one can stop us. God 1st, family 2nd, and get back to da money!!! "I'm Sooooooooo Focused!"

Max-B Is BAAAAAACK!!!
www.mixunit.com

WTF!!! How can we have an alley that looks like this? Don't blame our Mayor either. Blame yourselves because I see people buy dope ass cars, and nice ass houses and then they don't cut their own grass. That's like trying to smoke crack and not putting FIRE to the pipe! (I'm not condoning DRUGS AT ALL...I'm simply making a point) If your going to Ball out, DO THAT SHIT!!! But, do it right. If your a leader in your community be one! Don't just talk about it. If your a Bookworm, be one! Shiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiit, (In my Clay Davis voice) you may be the person who figures out a faster way to get to the Moon. Either way just know that when your neighborhood has an alley that was once concrete and then grass takes over it's time to take a look around and realize that no one cares about you or your hood and you need to do something about it before some institution or business moves your bluffing ass out of that condemed place you sleep and eat at!

Where Are You Going?
Now, she's hopping off the Bus at 8:30 A.M. so that means she was up early on this day. Meaning she knew what she was going to do at least 24 hours before this scene even occured. This brings me into my subject matter for the day. As I hear the Thunder and see the Lightning outside I can think of plenty things I could be doing but, I decided to keep my eyes open until they are RED because I love my people.

When you have a vision you don't sleep, you eat where you get your thoughts, and you don't stop until you can no longer brainstorm. As number 4 on "Here I Stand" shuffles on my iTunes, Usher ends his bar with the part about "Grape Jelly" I have to pause...........................I think this CD shows Growth and Depth but, some of ya'll would like to hear a nigga keep talking about his Confessions. I don't want to see someone do something the same way everytime. So even if he was to make his next 10 albums confessing about some shit he did, as long as it's fresh how he flips it; I would be anxious to hear it, the same way I'm anxious to hear Jeezy & Re-Up Gang find numerous ways to flip bricks and always make it sound like you can't get caught or it's your 1st time you heard them talk that shit. To get where I am right now, I had to listen to Dopeboys like T.I.P. & Jay-Z because I got more Inspiration from them than I ever got from Leaders and Speakers because it's easy to see where they're vision took them. Hov is damn near a billionaire and needless to say Obama is the closest thing we'll ever get to see as a prominant figure who is in touch with his own culture enough to be globally accepted. I wasn't around to see Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton grow up. Even if I was they never did enough to spark my interest enough for me to even consider them legendary . What have they done for me? But, make it harder to be a Black Man in corporate America.

MTA

I see things sooooooooo much different these days than the average Human Being. You see a Bus, I see the difference of about $350 per month in my pocket to fund my DREAM. I'd rather fund MY DREAM than to keep wasting my money just to say I drove to work. Also, the lesser amount of cars on the street creates a better enviornment for you and I. Which means our children may actually be able to live within our almost diminshed O-Zone layer. Yup, I rode the Bus. Laugh at me all you want but, I bet the next time you see me with a Bus pass and a full tank of gas, I bet I'll be the one laughing at yo' ass!!!! LMAO-

I saw a man on Television get 151 miles per gallon with a Hybrid Honda Civic! Only in America would a mofo try some shit like that. Okay, I don't have to tell what his Race or what his Etnicity was because if you put 2 and 2 together "We just don't have time for all that!". It's all love though, because that shows that our Economy has shit fucked up for errrrrrrrrrrrrrbody! I love all races, colors, and creeds. But, one thing that is evident is that we all are hurting in some kind of way. It may not mean you are flat broke or a straight up loser but, it may mean no more frivalous spending and popping bottles on a weekly basis. Don't let Usher make you think "You got to keep it coming all night long" everytime you go out to have a good time. Don't do what I do because I know what I can spend and I can keep wines of all sorts coming because they don't cost $150-$300 a bottle they cost like $25 to start with. If you niggas were smart you would buy it wholesale and start a wine sellar or even stack your rack from a warehouse but, once again I'm telling my people to do something some of us may never do GROW UP!!!

On Friday of last week I was on my way to work and I saw the picture above. This picture is from one of my favorite streets in East Baltimore. You tell me how many places in East Baltimore have you ever seen grass in this amount other than in a Ziploc? I thought I had a story but, a picture is worth a thousand words.

FAST FACTS

Nas moved a little over 100k in his 1st week but, the album is excellent in my opinion! Fuck Def Jam, that would have never happend if Kevin & Lyor were still over there! Nas is a platinum artist and he sold more at SONY. Go back home to the label that appreciates you NAS.

Wale will be touring with Jay-Z in the UK
The Game's - LAX is definately dropping next month
Pizzlematic (Disc 1) is SOLD OUT
Til' next time, I'll be thinking of ways to save and not splurge. Even though it's hard to save, that doesn't mean you can't have fun. Someone has to pick your brains. Why not me. You wouldn't be on my Blogsite if you didn't want to be here.

Sincerely Yours,

T.B.U.R.A.

Hi Haters!!!

NAS' (UNTITLED ALBUM) IS A CLASSIC!!!

First and foremost, I don' t know why there are errors posting pictures today but, Fuck it! I'm going in...I apologize if no pictures post today!

Standout cuts start with the unorthodox "Queens Get The Money" where Nas' rips two different samples only rhyming to a metronome. Nas continues to sounds a little Esco-ish on "Breathe", "Make The World Go Round", and "Hero". Then mid way through the album he starts to get into "I Am" mode with "Sly Fox", "Testify" and "Nigger". I say "I Am" mode because he still sticks to the script and doesn't reach for commericial appeal mid-way through this body of work. The last quarter of this album is solid where Busta Rhymes actually stays on subject for one of his many features where it just sounds like a breath of FRESH AIR over "Fried Chicken" where Nas & Busta rip this track and concept to shreds conveying the wrong ain't right but, niggas still got to have it! The song "Black President" solidify Nas' alter ego Nastradamus was so ahead of his time. Since Live @ The Barbeque Nas' has held his own and has proven himself time after time. He may not be as rich as Jay-Z and he may not have made the best business moves but, he brings the world yet, another Classic album during a recession, year of the 1st Black President, and where CD sales are overlooked by ringtone sales. God's Son finally scored one after Stillmatic.
Tell Em' Why I'm Madd 7.15.08 (Randomness)
I've been trying to get an iPhone for the past 4 days. How the fuck does Apple not have any more phones in Maryland! See, they think we're dumb they only ship a small ass amount and make it seem like they sold them all. Little do we know that they ship 30% of their product out and then ship another 50% of the product out after people feen for things such this for a few days or weeks or what have you? Then, the remaining 30% is replacement for disfunctional iPhones. Well, I'd like to say a big Fuck You Very Much Stevie J. because I cracked one of your little 16GB iPod Touch devices yesterday. It might have took about 2 hours but, that proves your little gadgets you create for people that aren't middle class to have aren't that tricky at all. Why put a password lock on a device if you can reset it. I guess I'm a NIGGA too...LMAO-
I've sold more CD's in the Club, Mall, & Barbershop than I have anywhere else. I sold less CD's at the show but, then again everyone there had it already except for the other artist there. Once again that proves we don't support each other locally. Just to let everyone know Pizzlematic Disc 2 will be for the entire city. I'm putting on other artists because that's what I do over here at PMG. Stay Tuned!!!
Man, Wale' should have been on "Fried Chicken" with Nas & Busta...WTF (I apologize for the randomness...) A Mark Ronson track should come with a Wale' verse or Hook. DMV STAND UP!!!
Russell Simmons' book "Do You" inspires me to keep cracking the surface and barriers that haven't been touched yet. I'm only 32 pages into it and I've already found light in it. There's definately not anything in there that I haven't seen or hear before but, what's wrong with brushing up on some things that get overlooked. That may be the best $15 investment I ever made in my life. I feel like I can't fail, feet don't fail me now. Success, is something I think we all get afraid of because there becomes a certain standard to live up to and with that becomes more responsibility. I spent so many years just living for the moment now, I'm living to create a movement.
T.B.U.R.A.
Enough Already!!! Amy Winehouse was reportedly caught with coke in her nose. Her dad has admitted we’re going to watch Amy die. He says, "She will die. But it won't be from a drugs overdose. She will die from emphysema. That will be the most likely scenario if she doesn't check her behavior.
"I wish my father would dis-own me like that. Even if I was a coke head like her....better yet, I just cracked this nigga's iPod for free!"
YOUNG BUCK AND TONY YAYO TO FIGHT ON TV?
It might be Michael Buffer time if Tony Yayo and Young Buck get their wish to fight each other in a ring.
Young Buck went on XM Radio and officially challenged Tony Yayo of G-Unit to a boxing match. Here is the quote:
“As far as Yayo – [he] talking about he wanna fight? I’ll do it off of real n***a s**t. I swear on my child’s life. If they line this s**t up, where me and that n***a can go in a ring, we can put that s**t on VH1 we can make that s**t real life. I’ll have Floyd Mayweather training me. I’ll knock that n***a fat, flabby, old, non rappin’ a** out.”
I am hearing that G-Unit is ready and willing to make this fight. I heard that Yayo is ready to go. This sounds like a stretch, but promoters have reportedly jumped on this opportunity. I hope to see this fight made.
"I don't know but, I'm riding wit Young Beezy Buck for this one G-Unit is done!"
As the rap game gets more and more mushy I'll leave you the link for the engagement pictures . Please feel free to sign the GUESTBOOK:

Pizzlematic Show Wrap-Up (I Do This!)

PANAMA, VG, & MEECH

Vanessa & Panama both brought up great points last night! Why did Cranberry juice cost $6 a cup. If that shit is that good, we should be putting that shit in our gas tanks and not that $4 shit that they have at the gas pumps these days....LMAO- "I got that igonorant shit you like/nigg@, fuck, sh!t, a$$, b!tch, trick, precise!" Hovi Baby-

See me and my man Quel chop it up about certain shit during the day so if you don't know about Wale' this is going to go over your heads:

1. Hmmmmm, what's the deal with shortie charging $10 last night and it's always $5 all night long?

2. Hmmmmm, what's the deal with everyone leaving after I performed? Lol

3. Hmmmmm, what's the deal with mixtapes being better better than albums?

UNITS IN THE CITY

Don't think I'm not moving units either! The "Above Average" video is coming soon. In 12 years of performing that was the 1st time ever all my people were in the same place at the same time to see me do my thing. My favorite quote right now is......."U did the damn thing last night!! DO THAT SHIT HOMIE!!!" Thanks Naya-

As you can see I'm on a different wave than these niggas B. This surfboarder, will never get wiped out because I'm married to the game and niggas are reaching out. Let me just say the movement is getting stronger because now I have a new alliance with "Above Average". So, if niggas thought it was over last night you've got it twisted. I just got 7 to 8 times stronger and M.E.P is still alive. Sometimes for things to get better sometimes you have to understand losing to make the big win. I'm winning right now and I don't plan on losing anymore. There's enough out here for us all to eat but, it's all about who can get to the table 1st.

Thanks to everyone who made this show a success: Sach, Eddie Numbers, DJ Infame, DJ TNT, TK, KupCake, Panama, Prophet, Vanessa, Gary, Jay, Shink, Marty, Rich, Erica, Tanna, Rob, Omarr, Nigel, Devin, Meechie, Omarr, Smacks, Ed, Quintel, Naya, Jaime, Tashia, Arli, Keyaira, Ray-Vic, Stepp Lo Dolla, DJ B-Eazy, Feedy, Keon, Shayla, Danielle and if I forgot you I apologize because it was so many people who inspired my performance. There aren't enough words to express the feeling of being on that stage last night!

Sincerely Yours,

Japiro -

JAPIRO - PIZZLEMATIC CD RELEASE PARTY THURSDAY, JULY 10TH @ THE BELVEDERE HOTEL 9 P.M.

"HERE I STAND"

As, I let this Usher CD "Here I Stand" play.......I'm going in: The past two weeks have been CRAZY period!!! I ordered the 1st round of cd's for Pizzlematic (Disk1) and they sold faster than a new pair of "Butter's" in the summer of 96'!

Maybe, I underestimated my market sales but, I knew if I sat on this CD long enough it would do exactly what I thought it would do...Create a buzz! Little did I know all those free shows I performed at, all those freestyles and numerous club appearances would now payoff.

Now, I started recording Pizzlematic in late November of last year. I only had a laptop and that didn't belong to me. I sold my iMac and T-Mobile Wing to get a Studio Quality Microphone and USB sound card to have a Home/Mobile studio. The only thing I wanted for Christmas was a Latop. Being 26 years old, you don't have too many wants and requests but, my wish was granted. That laptop had to be the best investment ever.

I made a lot of changes since December of last year. I decided to pursue my solo career and I now manage myself with the help of Rob "Fox" Jackson. It wasn't an easy decision but, I know it's destiny calling me. "Destiny", what a word to use. Destiny made me stay up countless nights, play plenty of Happy Hour's, and Parties across the city when I had no music out there. There was a point when I was dropping every 3 months=4times a year and I didn't even know half of the shit I know now. So, I scaled back and took it to the basics. My nigga Whitten put me up on some game he said, "You can do this shit, all you need is 1,000 cd's and start working from there. You got decent shit, you could quit your job and do this shit full-time. If you love what you do, you can't lose, it's a win-win!"

Taking cue from that conversation, I believe every word he spoke. I watched this nigga sell over 30,000 cd's from the trunk for N.E.K. It seemed harder to sell CD's last time around because they said the climate was wrong. It's not that the climate was wrong, it's the artist that were and still are dropping. The music is just wack period. Concepts, lyrics, passion and energy is what the game lacks and I'm determined to bring that back to the game. I'm letting niggas know right now that there is no artist in Baltimore ready to attack this shit the way I'm about to. If you don't have a copy yet I'm feeling pretty nice right now so, I'm going to give ya'll 7 FREE DAYS TO DOWNLOAD IT....

WARNING..........................WARNING..........................

FREE!!! PIZZLEMATIC (DISK1) DOWLOAD BELOW:

WILL NAS ETHER 50 CENT?

Yes Siiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiirrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr, Nas finally called out 50 Cent!

Nas went in on the G-Unit general. I enjoy every bar that the Queens MC spat on the track "Queens Get The Money" from his much anticipated album Untitled, Nas fires shots at the fellow Queens native. Though he doesn't directly call out 50, it can be assumed from lyrics like this.

"Niggas is still hatin' / talkin that Nas done fell off with rhyming / he'd rather floss with diamonds / they pray please god let him spit that oozie in the army lining that shorty doo-wop rolling oowops in the park reclining take twenty-seven mc's put em / in a line and they out of alignment / my assignment said she said retirement hiding behind 8 Mile and The Chronic / get rich but dies rhyming / this is high science / now add 23 more from Queens to B'more / I'm over they heads like a bulimic on a seesaw / Now that's 50 porch monkeys ate up at the same time"

WOW!!! Is this the pre-cursor to "Ether 2?" 50 better be on his shit because money can't take Nas out his zone. He has never went to war with anyone like Nas. 50 Cent may have bumped heads (pauuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuse) with Ja Rule, Fat Joe, Jadakiss, The Game, and now Young Buck, Nas has spared with Notorious B.I.G and Jay-Z. There is no question Esco would be his toughest lyrical competition to date. In my opinion, I'm siding with Nas on this one. There would be no 50 Cent without Esco.................Let's Go!!! O, yeah don't forget to buy that Nas album on Tuesday, July 15th. You bastards bought 1 Million copies of Wanye's bootlegged ass album. So you fuckers (no pun intended), can definately support a nigga who actually talks some good shit.

In closing, I would like to thank everyone for your purchases and support. Please come out this Thursday, July 10th to The Belvedere Hotel on 1 E. Chase St Baltimore, MD 21202 and Celebrate with me the release of my new CD Pizzlematic (Disk1). (Disk2) is on the way! Thanks to all the promoter's, artist's, producer's, and DJ's who made this possible. Last but, not least........
BIG THANKS TO: THE ENTIRE ABOVE AVERAGE FAMILY!!!

KEYSHIA COLE IS SO WAAAAVYY.................

I'm a let my homie Rob go in on ya'll niggas 1st: "Gooooooooooooood Morneeeeeeeeeeeeeeeen!!!" Thanks Ye'-

Well, Well, Welcome to the Weekly Wrap Up!!!!A lot of bullshit and Fuggery was def popping off this week lol. Where should I start 1st???? OK the BET awards. They was aight, besides the fact of best video nominee featured two videos that were nominated last year!!!!!! To top it off, Kayne feat. T-Pain Good Life beat out UGK feat. Outkast I Choose You. But, this year UGK won!!!! Now shouts out to Pimp C R.I.P. I aint hating, but how they win this year but didn't win last year!!!!.

Now, I don’t wanna spend all day beating a dead horse but, a lot of the nominees in those catagories shouldn’t have been even mentioned i.e. Eve( she didn’t even release a album). LMAO>>>>(Sorry Rob!!!) Another thing that was on my mind, is the state of music right now. A lot of people are hating on Soulja Boy or D4L or any other snap music dude that had the ring tone game on lock. Niggaz gotta stop hatting. You gotta remember, back in the day people were dancing!!! Shit, just look @ Kid-N-Play them niggaz made like 3 movies that niggaz loved!!! If you a 80's baby, ya'll know what I am talking bout Lmao. Digital Under Ground was dancing even though they had the realest nigga alive out there dancing!!! Shout out to Pac!!! So basically it's history repeating itself. When I am in the club sauced, I don’t wanna hear no shoot em up kill kill shit. I wannna see them broads "Get Silly with it lol. But, dudes gotta quit hating and get money and make hits. If you making good music, people will buy it regardless. Maybe not as much as Weezie F Baby but, they will def cop it cause real recongnize real.

JAPIRO's PIZZLEMATIC(DISC1) IS HERE!!!
(for cd delieveries contact: japiro@att.blackberry.net)

O,K,K,KAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY.......The shipment just came in this morning after our morning meeting in our office. Niggas think I'm always on some shit in here but, hey I always am. You have to have multiple hustle's in 2008 if gas is $4 per gallon. My show was the "Shiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiit" in my opinion last night as I ran down 15 mins of "Pizzlematic". The disc actually runs about 60 mins. Yup, I even broke out the A-Milli joint. If you weren't convinced before, you will be after the "Pizzle Experience this time around! This cd is street, it's fresh, it's dope, it's differen't, and it's truly me. Only two features on this work of art (Eddie Numbers & Al Great). I recorded every take, mixed every song, I scored, and arranged the entire thing. Something, that I've never done soley ever because I always had help. This time I'm going in for my hood..."The Vadeo", ya heard me.........................Shouts to MCF (Money Comes First) and all my niggas across B-More who came out last night. Thanks Erica, for taking coming out and taking 30 to 40 pictures last night. I deleted the 10 minute video last night. I'm such a fucking idiot. The longest show performance on tape and I fucked it up because I touched the wrong button. I don't really have too much to say but, I need everybody to come out on July 10th for the "Pizzlematic" Release Party @ The Belevedere Hotel on July 10th.
I'm making history everyday by doing this blog, having a website, and reaching out to other artist' in the city. Matter of fact, if you don't believe me check me out in Target in a few weeks.
I'm not rich and I'm probably not the most known artist in the city but, the Promoters and top RAP niggas here in Baltimore know who I am. Google me, I'm doing my thizang. I'm tired of being humble but, I have to be! I don't sleep, I gotta eat...Get your weight up, and not your hate up.
T.B.U.R.A.
P.S. Don't forget to be @ "The Above Average White Party" next Thursday, July 3rd. I turned down a show to party with my niggas because "I PUT ON FOR MY CITY!"

PIZZLEMATIC (DISC1)

LIL' MAMA WTF!!!

"I’m not a rapper first and foremost. I’m the birth of hip-pop. I’m an innovator and everything that I do is fresh. When you have something so new and fresh in your hands, you’re supposed to know what to do with it. By signing with a label, I signed knowing that everyone was on the same page as me and understanding what was going on. But that wasn’t what I thought it was." Lil' Mama- I was giving this chick soooooooooooooo much credit after she went in on "A-Milli" for more than 5 minutes. After I saw this shit, I take back everything about Miss I spit that dat doo, doo, doo, da, da. The little girl beside her has a reason to be dressed like she's in Candyland...But, Lil' Mama, your more "Geeked Up" than Gucci Maine right now....GUCCI!!!

THE NEW HIP-HOP ALLIANCE IN BALTIMORE
(Japiro, Q.P., Keyaira Chanel, Eddie Numbers & Ray-Vic)

Young Carter, Go farther, Go further, Go harder,/Is that not Why we came? and if not, Then why bother?

Wanye had no clue that Jay-Z was giving him the GREEN light to accumulate work and move the same direction as he once did and still is. Mr. Carter is probably one of my favorite songs on the Carter 3 because it's pre-Maybach music. Jay-Z works that track more like Wanye would have on "The Carter 2" or DJ Drama's "Dedication" series.

"That line right there was hard! Unbelievable. I didn’t even realize it at first. My homie had to tell me “You know what he said, right?” I didn’t even get it. I was like, “Why is he saying ‘air’? Is he just talking about the air?” But I’m smart enough to know that he’s smart enough not to just be talking about the air. I felt real dumb, but then I felt so good. It was an incredible compliment." Lil' Wayne -

REV. AL GREEN IS BAAAAACK!!!!!!!!!!!!

"STOP BITCHIN"
An angry sheriff will take Shaquille O’Neal's special deputy's badge due to his anti-Kobe Bryant rap.

NEYO

Had the best performance PERIOD! Though Keyshia Cole showing off those legs and no gap in her mouth anymore I'm ready for the new Mary J. to hold it down.

CRAZINESS/GAYNESS...

"It takes me two hours to get ready. Worse than any woman I've ever been with. I take a long bath and then moisturise with oils when I'm still wet so that it all seeps into my pores." Diddy-

WTF...I can't believe I'm born the same day as this nigga. Anyway I'm dedicating today's blog to the BET AWARDS.

Just like any other black person, I was late to the BET Awards even though I watched them on TV at my crib. (Hahahahahahahaha)That's like being late to a bathroom break. Tell me something, How the Hell did Kanye have the vocoder on his mic? This shit is CRAZY!!! Roger Troutman is rolling over in his grave right now. R.I.P. to him because they're would be no T-Pain/The Dream-ish type songs or Rihanna or Chris Brown wouldn't sound as tight because that smooths out those good ol' vocals. Matter of fact I might even use that shit on my next song. Shout out to "The Dream" (Oooooooo aaaaaaa, Oooooooo aaaaaaaaa...Radioooooooooo Killaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa) for recieving the NEW artist of the year award. He's had 6 songs in rotation within the past year which includes; Shawty Is A 10, Rihanna's - Umbrella, J.Holiday's - Bed, Fast Car, I Luv Your Girl, and Falsetto.

Shouts out to D.L. Hugley for messing up Marvin Sapp's name up. He called him Warren Sapp!!! That's more craziness!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Well either way, "I Made It" is a great gospel song for 2008. We don't discriminate over here. That's enough good. It's time to get dirty now...Thanks Kells- More on the "PIED PIPER" later. Naw fuck that, I'm going in on this dude right now...You Have to READ thisssssssss SHIT BELOW:

Lisa Van Allen explains how R. Kelly lured her in as an underage girl:

"He started with a kiss, and from there we leaned back, and I just didn’t stop him. I was kind of worried that he wouldn’t want to see me again after that, but I wasn’t worried about the actual act at that time because I was just honored that he picked me. Being a young girl, I was like, "Wow." I wasn’t thinking as a woman would. Now that I’m older, things are different. I would never go that route today. As a child, you don’t make all the right decisions. That’s why young girls shouldn’t be involved with grown men."

Ok, Kellz you may be the Remix King right now but, there is no excuse for this.

This is why if my fiance' births a girl whenever that may be. My daughter will not be allowed to see men until she's old enough to run for president. So you know that will be a long ass time from now because they just let a Black Man run for President and ain't no telling how long it may be before he needs 24 hour protection.

Side Bar:

Al Green is still the shit but, how does a nigga's skin get lighter and less bumpy after his woman dumps a meal on his face. I guess HOT grits can do alot of things for the skin. Next thing you know niggas will be using HOT Grits for RAZOR BUMPS!!! I call it "Soul In A Bowl". OMG<>

Rob, Where are you my nigga? You were supposed to be going in on this w/me today but, I feel like I'm Kobe before the Shaq freestyle. Oops did I just say that.

Release Day Tuesday's 6/24/08 Edition

There Are No Albums That I am Co-Signing This Week Except Nas' - The Nigger Tape & Wale's - Mixtape About Nothing...

This is some funny shit because I just feel like saying the word Nigga today!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!The reason I probably feel like that is because I feel like no matter how hard I try to crack the mold in Corporate America something or someone finds a way to make me feel like they are saying the "N" word behind my back. I would rather you say it up front so I know my check is going to be F'd up before the 15th comes around! Anyway, there are no albums or mixtapes want to co-sign this Tuesday! This is soooooooooooo sad because I was beginning to love Hip-Hop again. I actually bought Lil' Wanye & Plies' albums and didn't download them. I hadn't bought two albums at once since Rick Ross & Fat Joe came out................

Now, Wale's CD wasn't really a surprise for me because his "100 Miles and Running" Mixtape was fire and I never heard one song from him until I downloaded it which he offered for free a few months back. Most East Coaster's heard "Nike Boots" from him and that was probably the version Dipset remixed not the version Lil' Wanye accepted a feature slot for. Either way this dude is bringing the game back where it needs to be. DMV STAND UP!!!! A mixtape that strays away from the typical mixtape cliches, features and themes that haunt America's middle class is where Wale makes his presence ever so strong throughout this 19 track cd. Make sure you stop pass elitaste.com for this great piece of work.

As for Nas, The Nigger Tape is as gritty as "Illmatic" but, as slept on as Nastradamus. Since it is a mixtape, I didn't expect any singles to leak but, it was "Hero" that made me feel like Nas' always has it in him to make that one hit that still is street, conceptual, and has appeal to the masses without sounding corny. Maybe Nas' could teach some of our younger ringtoners some keys to creating real music! Hahahahahaha (Ringtoners....WTF!!!) If you are interested in Nas' teaching us about how the struggle relates to us all go to: http://mixunit.com/index.asp?PageAction=VIEWPROD&ProdID=11459

NAS - BE A NIGGER TOO (FULL VERSION)

Politics As Usual

A few weeks back I asked my nephew what he wanted for a graduation gift. I know any teenager around his age 16 to 18 years old would suggest they want paper, doe, cheese, bread...etc. Which I was happy to break my oldest nephew off with a few bucks for his hard work throughout High School. Money is essential to the average teenager that is focused on being the next best Rapper or Top Model. To him, he feels like Jay-Z is the G.O.A.T. and Lil' Wayne is the youngest G.O.A.T. He also thinks Nas is a dope MC for being risk taker and always speaking to the youth. The greatest thing my nephew could have ever said was that I was his FAVORITE RAPPER!!! To me that is crazy because he is 18 and I am 9 years older than him. He remembers when I had tapes of In My Lifetime Vol. 1, It Was Written & Life After Death. He remembers that New York Undercover & Martin were the best shows in the 90's. The funniest thing is if it wasn't for me he would probably think just like other kids, that Hip-Hop is all about downloads and ringtone sales. Where did we go wrong?

I TIP my hat to you nephew! You've done your thing throughout your entire 12 years of school. With a 4.5 GPA you have the world in your hands...CONGRATS SHELDON YOU GAVE ME HOPE I CAN DO THIS FOR OUR CITY UNTIL I DIE!!! I PUT ONNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN!!!!

NEW MUSIC FROM Q.P. TODAY CHECK OUT......"WATCH THEY MOUTH" & "REVOLVING DOOR" PRODUCED BY: JAPIRO BELOW:
TOMMORROW THE HIP-HOP ALLIANCE SPEAKS...STEPP LO' DOLLA, RAY VIC, JAPIRO, KEYAIRA CHANEL, Q.P., & EDDIE NUMBERS

STAND OUT Style Warz PERFORMANCES:
Japiro (M.E.P.) - OUR WINNER!!! I appreciate the fact that so many people looked at him as a non issue and he played it cool until it was his turn. He was explosive, plus he wasn't even on NO drug and gun talk!!! He won and he delivered lines like, "He's going to hold his sisters down"....I loved that!! We sooooo need MCs like him to balance all of the negativity and misogyny the is characteristic of modern hip hop. I look forward to seeing him come back and do his thing next month. ICE-T v.s. Soulja Boy

Is Ice-T's Point Truly Valid or Did Soulja Boy Really Tell Em'?

(( Ice-T v.s. Soulja Boy ))
23 June 08 - 15:42
Disclosure: Hip-Hop Heads ONLY!!!

After a long day of work on Friday, I came home and hopped on the internet just as I would do on any other weekday. For some reason Fri. night was different. I saw that Ice-T said, “F**k Soulja Boy! Eat a d**k!” At first, all I could do is laugh my ass off but, I wanted to know why one of the most respected vets in the game would go at one of the "most creative" new artist Hip-Hop has been graced with amongst the ringtone- era. Today, my homie and I had an interesting convo about who is more valid. So, I wanted to going in on this. "Turn the lights even lower!" Hov-

Well maybe Ice-T has some validity to this but, I wanted to hear Soulja Boy's side of the story because I don't think he totally destroyed Hip-Hop. I feel he's part of the reason Hip-Hop was saved. Let me explain, if you will....remember prior to Boyz In The Hood, Menace II Society, Juice, Poetic Justice & Law & Order even exsisted rappers didn't get lead roles in films or sitcoms. For that matter, unless the movie was totally about Hip-Hop no rapper nor singer had a chance until Ice Cube & Master P made their own films and continued to make music and stay relevant. I think Ice-T was really reaching but, who am I to choose sides because if it wasn't for him we would still have edited albums and thus he paved the way for artist to create brands of their own if no one else wanted to invest in you.

Prior to last summer, albums weren't selling until 50 Cent challenged Mr.West to see how many albums they could sell individually. Yeezy won, while Soulja Boy's "Crank Dat" heated up the airwaves on the East Coast. While I spent a weekend in ATL, I found myself screaming Yoooooooooooooooool" for the past 10 months because it was close to our B-More A-Yooooooooooooooooooooooo! Riding the wave of Mims, Soulja Boy & Flo-rid-a continue to rack up ringtone sales of over 7 million respectively between the three artists. While established artist' such as "The Roots" tour and use other alternatives to stack funds other veterans are struggling to make noise in the Hip-Hop community. You have to give some of the "NEW" dudes that are in the game today a certain type of respect for being innovative and using the one outlet we all have, the Internet! Weather you Hate or Love Soulja Boy he made a hit and he was right, Ice-T was using his frustruation as a way to channel his anger because the "O.G.'s are not really selling records anymore. Pac said it best, "Niggas looking like Larry Holmes flabby and sick/Trying to playa hate on my shit man....." It hurts knowing that was a shot @ B.I.G. but, that line welcomes the thought of FRESH & NEW. Watch your children and younger music peers and learn from them. Ice, you should be happy Soulja Boy got rich from his desk at his crib rather than on the corner of his hood. Anyway, do you think "Lil' Ice" really wants it with Soulja Boy? Matter of fact, where's Bow Wow when you need him? Don't just tell Soulja Boy step his lyrics up, tell the rest of these wack ass niggas stepp there lyrics up as well! I can't even lie thanks to
50 Cent, I'm loving Hip-Hop again because he helped Game stand alone and showed Buck how to make good albums. Now, I need some of that Vitamin Water paper myself...LMAO
Shouts out to YouTube, for creating an outlet for people to air and resolve there differences because the word "beef" seems so harsh to the public eye. (In my sarcastic voice) The media can really blow everything out of proportion. What happened to when we used to battle it out on the mic or see whose song is the best? Nowdays, it seems like it's all about who owns the most clothing, liquor, and film companies or who has the most guest appearances in songs or movies. In closing, while you bastards were paying so much attention to Ice-T & Soulja Boy, Lil' Wayne sold a million records his first fucking week!!! The song "A-Milli" held it's own subliminal message and you niggas downloaded and still copped it...I'm still working on the link for the A- Milli Freemix but, in the meantime hit me up and let me know who you think who is right? urbanjustice08@gmail.com
